Good location, nice rooms. A little old fashioned, and perhaps on the expensive side. But lovely hotel
An excellent hotel, well decorated, clean and the rooms are comfortable and lots of room. This location is great as you can eat outside or simply go for a walk around the town. Plenty of shops and places to eat near it.
A very good location for visiting during noel, walking distance to xmas market. However the island is closed to car traffic turing the daytime from late november to late december. You can not access the hotel by car until you get a permit from the reception. If coming by car, arrive before 10am or after 8 pm, or you are in trouble! Hotel is very nice, also has a cozy small good restaurant. Hotel had parking.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had a family vacation planned for France, then I lost my job. We decided to go on the trip anyway and booked this hotel so that we would be close to the Christmas Market. When the Paris Strike occurred...we tried to cancel, then told us "We should have know about the strike" WE BOOKED OUR FLIGHT IN APRIL!!! When I said I worried about my 3 year old who runs away in crowds... and taking her thru yelling strikers and NO TRAINS...they said it wasn't their concern. They refused to refund our room. I could barely afford this hotel to start, then having to eat the room? And the hotel showing NO CONCERN for my child's safety. This is suppose to the pride of the Sofitel Chain....IT IS NOT!
Very Nice staff and clean hotel. The food from the restaurant at Dinner is really good. The breakfest is poor, not good.
The rooms are small and there is no pool or sauna. Is more for a 4 star hotel.
