The staff were great, really helpful and friendly, Nicola was on reception most of the time we stayed and showed us around the breakfast room so we know what was available, drew us a map to help us get to the Christmas market.
Our room was very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was good, the location of the hotel was easy to get to walking or driving, tram stop not far away but we didn't use the trams during our stay.
Would recommend the hotel and would stay again, was a great trip ☺️
Room and staff were nice. Complimentary chocolate croissants and apples at the front desk, breakfast buffet was a little over priced at €15. Shower leaked if you don't stand in the corner. No refrigerator so we placed our food on the window frame since it was cold outside.
Parking is not at the hotel building, limited by number, and works only for compact cars. Without warning, you will be charged for every day exceeding high noon, which is unheard of in any other hotel in the world. Cleaner impatiently knocks several times on checkout day. Shift leader radiates coldness. Bartender girl and day manager is quite nice. Horribly crammed gym.
This was a great four star hotel a bit out of the way from the tourist area but a close walk. (20 minutes or so) We thought the hotel was great, my only complaint would be if you enjoy a good shower....our shower had zero water pressure and the shower head was set off to the very left side of the shower so you had to press up against the wall to get any sort of water while showering. I am not sure why they didn't center the shower head, it was kind of strange. Breakfast was really good for a Best Western! With crepes, yummy spreads, good eggs and the coffee was delicious. The staff at the reception and breakfast were pleasant and welcoming. We traveled with our dog and while the breakfast area didn't allow dogs, our room was thoughtfully equipped with dog bed, bowls and treats. Very good value for price.
Average Best Western. Nice bar and very friendly helpful staff who speak good English. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are on the small size and OK. The hotel has 2 lifts. The one I used was big enough, just, for me, one suitcase and one small wheelie bag. There is no restaurant and very limited parking.
