The hotel employees are great and it really is in a prime location. The room itself was really small. If your claustrophobic, you might have an issue. Just enough room to move around. The good thing about this - you’ll want to spend all your time out of the room doing stuff. The bigger issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. The sheets seemed clean but there was a ton of hair on the sheets and pillow cases. The in room phone also had a ton of dust on it meaning it’s never been cleaned. The bed was comfy and they did provide plenty of towels - oh and there is no climate control but it wasn’t an issue (open the window). Overall a good stay.
Ok yes it's maybe smaller than you average room but who goes on vacation to sit in the room?!?! It has everything you need in the room to have a great time! The staff is beyond amazing and helpful for any need at any time of day or night! You are in the heart of the city with bus stops like almost outside the front door! Ton's of things that are within walking distance as well! But couldn't imagine not staying there anytime I get the opportunity! Hot coffee and some sort of breakfast is also there in the mornings! Clean, quiet and so nice! They even helped me get to the airport because I did not plan right on getting there! But I can't say enough for this place and what they do to make sure you have a enjoyable, memorable experience!
The rooms are much better than I thought. Very cozy and stylish. The staff was AMAZING. Both managers were extremely friendly and accommodating. I will be back for sure.
Customer service here was absolutely unparalleled; Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about all the available rooms and amenities of each. My wife and I stayed here on the night of our wedding and he even went out to the store for some champagne and sparkling cider as well as the famous Fuzziwig’s candy store to get us a selection of chocolate truffles, which were wrapped up and tidily placed with the champagne in the room for us to find upon our arrival. Cory was also extremely helpful; we left something in the room after checkout and he promptly called us before we’d gotten out of town to let us know so we could come back and get it. The hotel is wonderful and very clean (Mazzola’s, the partner restaurant is delicious as well by the way) but nothing should keep you coming back to any business like exceptional customer service and the Bristol is in a league of its own! We will certainly be back. Tyler and Cory, whatever you’re making now you guys deserve a raise!
Quaint hotel in downtown! We were greeted by delighted staff. Large chain hotel, it is not. Fantastic experience it is!
