I stay here a coulpe of weeks a year with my ski club for last 5 years. Always clean and quiet. There is a breakfast room with micro wave that we meet in [no so much in covid era], and a outdoor jetted pool.
Short walk to stop for free bus to / from gondola center. This driveway can be icy/slippery with ski boots. I like lodging here, it is good and affordable.
Steamboat ski area and bus enforce covid rules relentlessly, I am 74 so great !!

Beautiful lodge , clean and so private and quite, definitely staying at the mountain lodge next time I go to steamboat. Great prices as well and awesome customer service.

This place is really nice. The rooms are big and pretty comfy for a lodge situation! It's tucked a bit off the main road which makes it quieter than some of the other options. The lodge portion was really comfortable with big leather couches and chairs and a big dinner table to help with eating takeout and such.
COVID special: the front desk is closed full time and the lodge in the front manages both buildings. It's not awful at all. The staff was nice and very willing to help as my party was separated between the building because one of my friends had a dog. Expedia says this place is dog friendly but it's actually the property in front that allows pups in.
Has a nice view of the non-steamboat side. One morning I found a hot air balloon parked in the back. Took my a minute to realize what it was haha.
