I really liked this new Residence Inn! It was very nice and the 2 bedroom was amazing! The bus stop was also super convenient and right next to the hotel... just hop on the red/blue line and you won’t have to worry about parking up at the mountain. The wait isn’t bad either.
The outdoor pool and hot tub was amazing, but my only complaint was that it was super icy on the way out and my dad slipped and sprained his ankle on the way to the pool. This was a bummer because it prevented him from skiing this weekend :(
Other than that, everything was amazing and the staff was super friendly... they gave us a late checkout which made a huge difference and I was able to snowboard on Sunday!
Newly built hotel with a very upscale feel. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room prices are a little high and $100 pet cleaning fee was steep, but I guess I’m glad they’re cleaning well (hopefully that $100 is getting put to good use). They’re still going through a few growing pains since this place just opened. Be prepared for a few glitches and you’ll enjoy your stay. We had a great time working and skiing here.
Had a really good experience when we stayed here. Awesome & friendly front desk employees! What a beautiful and clean place! Could not have been happier with our reservation. We will definitely be making more reservations in the future!
I've often found that you can best judge a business when something goes wrong, rather than when service is perfect. Unfortunately, during the second night of our stay, our central heating system went out in our room on a very cold night. It was the middle of the night when this was realized, and the staff here immediately apologized that they had no overnight repair services. The next morning they worked to make it right by waiving the fee in full for the second night we stayed. It was very refreshing to see them take active steps toward making this right. Would definitely stay here again, great location, very nice high ceiling suites with full kitchen.
I stayed at the Marriott Residence for 6 weeks while working at Yampa Valley Medical Center. My room was large and had everything I needed for my stay . They had just opened , so I was the first guest to stay in the room .
The staff there are incredible. They all went out of their way to make it the best stay possible . I was sad to leave and go to my next assignment
