I was connected with Tammy at the Steamboat Springs, CO location and she was fabulous. In spite of being very busy at her desk, she was able to multitask and get everyone everything they needed. She had a wonderful demeanor and we are excited about coming to stay. Thank you Tammy!
This Holiday Inn is at the top of my list of great hotels! The staff are wonderful in every way. The rooms are very comfortable. Rex's Grill is great to have on site. I stay here very often as I am building my home nearby. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn!
Great hotel that I stay at when skiing in Steamboat. Rex's restaurant is hard to beat, great food with no need to drive into town. Nice hot tub, pool, and a great staff. Definitely one of the best Holiday Inn's I stay at.
I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating for this hotel, and the staff. We called this location after having a lot of travel issues for my brother He's a new truck driver, and had been stranded on the road overnight with issues. I spoke to Barbara On the phone. She made sure we got the rate for what we needed.
I won't get too specific but the entire staff went above and beyond to show concern for my brother after what he'd been through. He said it eased his burden and lessened his load.
I contacted Barbara with another issue just before my brother was set to check out, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. You don't understand how much this means when you're 17 hours away and can't really do much except pray. Which is what we did.... and I'm just really glad we came across Barbara and her staff....she was a kindred spirit. I really am grateful. Thank you.
It's great. Right now it's getting a makeover. It's getting some renovation done. I don't know personally what's being done but the rooms look nice. It's about to snow again waiting for 2 ft of snow to hit.
