A fantastic, new hotel that was an unbelievable value.
- Easy friendly check-in
- Brand new large studio room with floor to ceiling windows
- Bus stop to the mountain right out the front door
- Full kitchen (so nice to have to cook dinners and save some $$$)
- Free hot breakfast with a friendly attendant
- Peak spring break season and the price for the room was a fantastic value.
- Indoor pool, fitness room and games for kids
As far as hotels go, this is one of the best in Steamboat.
Our stay was excellent. They had affordable prices, the building felt brand new, and there was easy access to the slopes. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Pam manages the breakfast bar and was a shining star during our vacation. She was absolutely lovely and cheery. We need more people like Pam in our world! Will visit again!
$150 for a large room with a stove/fridge kitchenette, 2 Comfy beds, a pullout couch and bus access to downtown. Full continental hot breakfast provided with covid measures in place (server). Indoor pool and hot tub.
The management especially Ryan made our stay so comfortable. Anything we needed the staff took care of. My son broke his leg the first day we were here and we were grateful for all the extra help and care we will never forget!
This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to in my entire life. The staff is super rude and refuse to help. The two girls in the front kept mocking us and making fun of our very stressful situation. They canceled our reservation which we booked two months In advance and refused to accommodate us. The manager was contacted and he did nothing to help. We were literally facing not having a place to stay because of the incompetence of the manager and staff AND they were laughing and mocking us the whole time despite us trying to be understanding.. If you wish to spend a good time on vacation please do not book with this hotel. You will regret it! February 18, 2021.
