A very well maintained hotel with ample amenities and rooms properly maintained. The food is very very good with lots of varieties to choose from. One will always feel at his/her comfort zone whenever they stay at this place. It was a great experience for us.
We stayed at the Hotel Valley Orchid for 4 nights, and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Srinagar and around. The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to main tourist attraction Dal lake, and a main central market Lalchowk . We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
It was good stay. The staff was excellent and if you want anything from you market they brought for us without hesitating. It was -2 outside but room heating and bed heating does job well. Food was soo excellent.
