More than anything. I loved the excellent service and warm treatment from the owner and the whole staff. They were trying to fulfill even our most outrageous demands with a smile in their faces. They were sold out, still they opened their non operating rooms for us. Special mention to the chef for delicious food.
Hotel stay was very pleasent and comfortable. You just have to ask and they are ready to help you out. Owner is very polite and look after you himself. Food and service is good.
Excellent location, close to Dal Lake and main market but still away from hustle and bustle of the city. We got a complimentary airport pick up though it was not in package. Early check in was allowed and we got our room ready when we arrived.
They arranged taxi and driver Mukhtar bhai was so knowledgeable about everything about Kashmir, he also ensured that we got the right deal at every tourist spot.
Hotel had central heating, most hotels in Srinagar don't. Rooms are more spacious than any other , newly constructed and well maintained. Staff is very courteous and cooperative.
Restaurant is excellent for both veg and non veg food.
Have experienced a lovely stay here for 3 days and special compliments to the staff for their service and always have a smile on their face. Food is great. Near to the airport and Mr. Nasir bhai extends great hospitality.
Definitely recommend stay here to all who visit Kashmir.
Food service was worst. But hotel rooms were good. But the awesome thing was lobby and lift was super hi-tech.
