An excellent houseboat at a very good location. Stayed there for 1 day and didn't face a single issue, from check in to check out everything was ultra smooth. Services were excellent, cleanliness maintained. Overall value for money...truly we were overwhelmed with the wonderful hospitality
Very bad experience including the staff and ambiance. Washroom and bed was very unclean. Felt unsafe.
People in Dal lake and staff of houseboat was very rude unlikely than other Kashmir localities. Food was good.

Unnecessory Delay in giving rooms our scheduled check-in was of 2pm but we reached by 3.15pm yet after reaching there the person available at house boat tried very hard to convince us to drop luggage n go out for lunch or shikara ride etc as room not ready then we insisted we don't want to go anywhere we just want to take some rest in our room then finally after 15mins of argument he give 1 room while order was yet to get ready by 4 pm we got the room, on the other hand on checkout our checkout time was of 12.00noon but this person came to us at 10.30 and starts reminding u have a checkout what time you coming out..
We faced more problems apart from this
they show you suite rooms with jacuzzi and well maintained room & washroom but once you check-in you get all the terms and conditions like you can't use this amenities in day time they say no electricity in morning if u wish to use they say no water then still if u insist then they do a favour on you saying we giving you 15mins to use it and then will turn of the power connections.
Did a 5 star rating so people read it The caretaker at this place is very bad he says don't use tub bath when asked him it is shown in photo he says where in photo it is written u can use .
He has teamed up with the shikara driver which charges 1200 for shikara ride the government rate but I'll get shikara for around 300-500 then later on when we don't do shikara with him (adil) hell was not dropping us back on the road only until we paid him money then the food was hot and the caretaker was rude at many other places
