Excellent hospitality. Clean rooms and cooperative staff. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Srinagar.

Very nice hotel.. comfortable stay.. hot water Available .. the food is amazing.. The hotel is situated in place where Minister's n politicians stay.. hence the place is very much secure.. Would give it a 5 stars..

Very very bad experience. Should avoid to go. Hospitality is nothing. No one knows to talk properly also.
