Rooms very small compared to price. Located at nice place but main issue is room. Won’t recommend for two people. Food is really good

Amazing food

The check-in process needs to be improved. I have to wait around 1 hour even though I had advanced booking and I checked in on 2nd day. As per rooms are considered, they are good. Especially central heating system was good. Also room service people are very good. Restaurant is also good. Although I preferred Krishna Dhaba outside for dinner. Hotel location is the best as Dal lake is at walking distance.

One word for this hotel is horrible room conditions. Not worth more than Rs 2000to 3000 per day.
