I prefer silence over anything. Although there is silence inside rooms, noise pollution has taken over due to the area being commercial hub of the Srinagar. Still, one can't talk about this hotel without mentioning the view of Masjid i Bilal which is identical with peace and tranquility.
This Hotel is located in a good palace known as lal chowk...Their is a shopping mall below the hotel
There services is very good and the structure is also in a very good condition

But service is lacking due to least occupancy. Overall experience was Fantastic .Riverside view is mesmerising
Surprised- Good room, Good Location.
Following a look at previous reviews we requested in advance a high floor with views of the whole residency road. We got what we asked from the dedicated staff; new floor and the newly refurbished room did not disappoint. Room and large bed were very comfortable; excellent in room services; Big TV , WiFi and mini bar.
The restaurant is very good. There were no similar complains as mentioned in the old reviews and all the request as well as special requests were provided by the Hotel very efficiently.
On the whole, a good hotel which is very close to all the attractive places and is in the heart of the city. A lot of different restaurants, shopping places nearby as well as a good supermarket. Although, it is in the busiest area of the city but the hotel is well covered and when you are in the room, you are way away from all the noise and disturbance. If you're considering a convenient place in terms of price, worthiness and location, you should go for this one without any doubt or second thought.
