Staying here is an amazing experience. The staff goes out of its way to do everything and anything to make your stay memorable. They often led us to our destination, so that we would not get lost. The availability of snacks all day long made for great return to the hotel when we needed a short break.
The room was absolutely beautiful. It was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful view of the square. We could hear the music and see the fireworks for the St. Domnius holiday. The bed was very comfortable. We were provided with robes, slippers, and everything we could possibly need.
In the breakfast area, there were liquors, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, homemade cakes and fruit available all day. There was a good selection of breakfast items in the morning. The chocolate pancakes (crepes) were my favorite.
The staff is beyond amazing. They met us at our car and helped us bring carry our luggage. They also brought us back after we checked out, and provided us with umbrellas. They made wonderful suggestions for what to do and where to eat. They even offered to walk down to the dock and pick up tickets for a boat ride we were considering. You can tell they are all very personally invested.
When I return, I will not even consider another hotel. Heritage Hotel Antique was perfect!

We had a few great days here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They had great recommendations for activities and were ready with an answer for any question or need. Plus - the location can’t be beat. It was right in the heart of the old town which made it so easy to explore and enjoy the city.
This was, by far, the BEST service we have had at any hotel and we have stayed at some really nice places. Since this is a family owned and operated hotel, you can see how this shines through in the way they treat their guests. The only feedback we have is that the carpets could use some updating (in the rooms). We had would definitely stay here again!!
