Perfect place to rest. Unfortunately I haven't enough time to enjoy all services but definetely we will come again
We had a pleasurous experience all the time from check-in to departure. Everyone is very kind and friendly - at the reception, at the restaurant and in the wellness. The receptionist Mia made us feel valued by doing everything she can to resolve any challenges we came across. We even got a complimentary upgrade on check-in! Rooms are clean and well designed. The wellness has a very nice atmosphere. Most of the time we were there alone, giving it a private feeling. Massages are preformed by a physiotherapist who can also provide personal lifestyle advice if you ask. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.
Ideas for improvement:
- We did not find the minibar price list in the room
- We'd appreciate a clock in the steam sauna
- When cooling in the shower after sauna, we'd like to have somewhere to hang the towels
Aweful hotel. You can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms and the hallway. Nothing is sound proof here.
Rock hard beds. AC blowing straight at the bed. Tiny, tiny room even stopping you from opening the door when you have a bag on the floor.
The corona pandemic limited breakfast had very limited options.
Not returning.

Room size is not an issue, but room planning and equipment is. Regarding the limited breakfast, that should have been clearly stated during booking and heavily discounted.
