Disappointing experience. We stayed in this hotel our last night in Split and it was unfortunately not what we expected. There was no elevator, the hot water in the shower was not working for us and the coffee was undrinkable. Ok, these are not critical things but these details matter a lot when you are paying 175euros per night. The worst part came when the breakfast had NOTHING to do with the pictures, we only had few things to choose from, nothing was fresh and only cheap ingredients. Worst breakfast we had in Split and we stayed in 50 euro per night hotels. Having a proper breakfast is essential part of providing a good service so please dont use unrealistic advertisement pictures and lower your prices if you cant live up to customer expectations. On a positive note, the rooms are beautiful and designed with good taste and our receptionist, Anna, was really helpful and kind. She did her best, no doubt about that.
All in all, I would not stay in this hotel with things as they are right now, there are plenty of other cheaper alternatives in Split.
We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and were really looking forward to going, but had to cancel due to COVID. They were very accommodating from the beginning (upgrading us, offering various activity/trip options and providers) and when we needed to cancel. Highly recommend due to their excellent customer service! We look forward to going when this situation gets better.
Unassuming from the outside but once you enter the hall it's wonderful. A real hidden gem. Only 7 rooms so we barely saw other guests. Very friendly & helpful staff. Convenient walk to the beach, town, and port.
Absolutely unique place. The building from outside is what leads you to not expect what is inside. It makes it special and is the part of the charm. The breakfast was great too. Go for it!
Excellent new hotel in Split. Walking distance to the beach and Rivka boulevard. The hotel is stylish decorated and clean. Harry the manager and all the other personnel is super friendly and thoughtful. We usually skipped the complementary breakfast because we like to sleep a bit more, but the personnel saved some fruits and other things for us. Thank you for a great time! We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we’re back in Split!
