Spent 3 nights here at the end of a tour of southern Croatia and it provided a really lovely end to our holiday. There was a very warm welcome and quick check-in after our arrival. We loved the room which had a comfortable bed and a private balcony to enjoy a glass of wine on in the early evening! Breakfast had eggs made however you liked with a nice selection of meat, cheese, fruit, bread etc. However, it is the staff that make this hotel really special. Dina on reception was genuine and warm and always ready to offer help or advice during our stay. When we inevitably return to Split, we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful, modern and comfortable little hotel in a quiet and lovely quarter in the city centre with nice design and amazing staff. Breakfast freshly made and served in nice little breakfast room/terrace. Would visit again!
We stayed in Residence Stine on August, and had an absolutely great experience!
Location:
Perfect, 2 minute walk to the seafront Promenade and the corner of the old town. Close to bus station (airport shuttle and other buses). No beaches in very close but the beaches are not at the centre anyway so that issue is the same with all hotels in old town area. Maybe better done by bike. Renting a bike is not expensive and biking was easy even in crowded streets.
Hotel and rooms:
This is a new hotel and that shows. So clean, so modern and so comfy. Rooms were amazingly well air-conditioned and even in 36 degrees outside the room was very cold and nice! Air-conditioning can be switched on and off by the visitor so you decide the temperature. The hotel is smaller so there are not so many rooms so it was very calm even in the highest tourist season.
Staff:
Very kind and helpful, explained details about the area and tips to do and so on. Reception is open 247, cleaning was done very well and everyone on the staff were super nice.
Breakfast:
Smaller basic hotel breakfast, good start for the day. Staff made for example fresh omelette or fried eggs for you if you wanted.

Residence Stine is fantastic. Amazing, friendly reception staff who go out of their way to help you make the most of your stay in Split. The location is perfect. A quiet side street just a short walk from the bustling, beautiful old town and the seafront. The accommodation is immaculate with beautiful views over the town. We stayed in the loft rooms - the kids in one room and us in another, which was perfect. A floor to ourselves! The breakfast was delicious too and the chef was charming. All in all, it is a gem.
We had a great stay here during our visit to Split. The hotel is located right in the middle of the old parts of the town, with picturesque narrow streets and beautiful surroundings. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable, cleaning was perfect, breakfast included everything needed to get a good start for the day. All in all, everything was to our satisfaction!
