Location is right in middle of everything you want to do! Service was great, breakfast good, and overall comfort really good. Make note going though the “market” area to get to the entrance of hotel is a little confusing. We called and said we needed help and they send someone right away! A true dream come true for us, Split Croatia is beautiful and we had an amazing and memorable trip. A year ago this week and we are still reminiscing about how great it was. Thank you Heritage Jupiter Luxury Hotel, our stay was fantastic!
We have had such a horrible experience with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.
We booked a room at this hotel back in January for our stay in May. Due to COVID-19 and Croatia being shut down to any non-residents, we were unable to travel there. This hotel has refused to work with us to offer a refund on our room. This is the only hotel that has given us an issue with this; all other hotels were very understanding. We have tried numerous times to explain to them that this is out of our control but they refuse to listen. When we finally do take a trip to Croatia, we definitely won’t be booking this hotel.
I highly recommend thinking twice about staying here. They clearly don’t show any compassion to their guests and couldn’t care about the current situation this world is in.
Lovely little hotel in old town Split. Pretty much every significant attraction is within a 10 minute walk, max. Many attractions are only a couple of minutes on foot. Restaurants, markets, coffee shops are all essentially at your doorstep. The rooms have nice beds and are a charming mix of modern features and old. The stone walls in the room were lovely and the breakfast spread was great. For being in the middle of old town, the rooms are pretty quiet and we had no issues getting enough rest. The cappuccino from the machine was surprisingly good as well! Staff are incredibly sweet and make great recommendations. Shuttle service quickly took us from the airport to the hotel, and they helped us with our bags as there is no elevator. We were allowed to check in early. They also helped us book a ferry to Mljet and their shuttle service took us and our luggage straight to our ferry, perfectly on time. They even packed our breakfast as we were leaving very early. For all of these reasons, I can't imagine a better place to stay in Split, and I 100% recommend this place!
The customer service was amazing, Eli, Lovre and Yvonne. The room was so elegant and spacious and the breakfast selection was one of the best we've had. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back again soon! Ehala for a wonderful stay!
The best customer service I've ever experienced. The staff knows the area and can recommend all the top spots to meet your needs. Breakfast has everything from scrambled eggs and bacon to an assortment of cold cuts and all different kinds of fruit. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high quality stay.
