Had a great time here over the weekend. Clean comfortable rooms. Huge bathtub my wife loved. Plenty of room for a group of 6. Only complaint is the parking lot size. But overflow parking is close enough to walk, but there is a shuttle
We picked this hotel because of the beach access with a great view. Only down part of this hotel is if the gated parking is full, you're forced to go to their overflow parking across the st and you'll need to drop off all your items to the room so you don't have to make another trip back to the car... Wish they served breakfast here like most hotels but you'll only get hot tea and coffee in your kitchen at the room. They have McDonald's next door. Have it a 4 star because of parking.
Great experience with this resort! The front desk guy gave us the best greeting that I ever had before! He offered us help and then make our fist experience in this beautiful hotel wonderful! The rooms were super clean and with everything for a pleasant stay.
My fiance and I stayed for 2 nights and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked for a studio they studio's were full so they upgraded us to a Delux and the room was amazing nice and clean and it had a nice view and balcony. We will be coming back and recommend the stay.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Would NOT recommend. My family booked months in advance w/ views that they wanted. They also let them know what views that they would not like. This was promised when booking that they would be accommodated and given the view that they wanted. When checking in they gave them the room with the view that they said that they did NOT want when they booked. The staff in the check in were not accommodating or helpful whatsoever. Being a diamond resort member has been the WORST experience, not worth the money or headache. Also mentioned that my parents are platinum members.
