Third stay here in the past year and will continue to make this gem our "go-to" place to stay in Tahoe. Never had a bad experience while staying at Basecamp. All of the employees seem to love their jobs and offer exceptional customer service.
On site coffee shop has amazing food and drinks, on site brewery is a great place to unwind after hiking or skiing. Short 2 min walk to Heavenly, shops, grocery store, casinos, and the amazing private beach at the lake.

I brought my husband here for his birthday trip and I couldn’t have found a better place! We got the “Great Indoors” room and it was so much fun! He was so surprised by it. The first night we didn’t even have to leave the hotel because we had everything we needed right there! We went to the brewery and enjoyed great beers and dinner while we got to listen to an acoustic guitarist! We also had the chance to sit by one of the outdoor fire pits and that was so lovely! I loved everything this place had to offer and it made my heart so happy.
Very cute hotel, has a nice vibe with live music and brewery. Close to the Gondola, and a lot of other attractions. Didn't give a full 5 stars due to carpet being quite dirty, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash in shower were not filled so definitely bring your own. Heater made a lot of noise.
This place is a treasure and every single person on staff I interacted with was terrific and accommodating to my running group with rather unique personalities. With ample outdoor space you can keep on playing with your friends as soon as you're off the mountain. Thank you!
Great atmosphere. Teddy hooked me up with the bourbon barrel aged stout I was looking for. Recommend.
