Absolutely best hotel you can find in that price range. The staffs are super friendly. Great location, 5 mins walking distance to heavenly gondola. The soundproofing could be a concern but it worked out fine for us since after 9pm is the mandatory quite hours. ☺️☺️☺️ enjoyed every minute at the hotel. Highly recommend and would defiantly revisit.
This place is honestly amazing. I worked in the hotel industry for 8 years and have pretty high standards when it comes to service based on what I was taught to do. This place completely blew us away. The room itself was adorable and comfortable, and we loved the little fireplace with it being 25 or so degrees outside. Every crew member we encountered was friendly and eager to make our stay great. We loved the breakfast and evening reception, and I thought both of those were a nice touch. The location was awesome as well, super close to the casinos and South of North Brewing, which I also highly recommend. We can't wait to return!
This place was amazing! I travel a lot for work, and this was probably the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. They have breakfast baskets ready for you in the morning and are super helpful. It was more affordable than some of the resorts, but clean, and they’ve refurbished the rooms on a probably 1970’s building so it has that new feeling inside the rooms. The one negative I will say was that since they have hard wood floors and it’s older, if you’re on the bottom, we could hear our neighbors above moving around. But it wasn’t a big deal because we got up and went to bed around the same time.
Free parking and Free Wifi. Refrigerator. Really close to Heavenly Mountain and town.
No resort Fee.
We chose to book a room at the 7 Seas Inn in South Lake Tahoe based on reviews and price on Hotels.com. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We hadn't been here before. Their Website had indicated the front desk/office closed at 9 pm. We arrived at 8:20. Check in was quick, especially being we were the last booking of the night to check in. Our host was very helpful in providing information regarding our room and the property. This property is a small hotel/motel, having 18 rooms spanning to floors. It's an older building, but we found it to have a nice aesthetic and to be in good repair. Our room was decorated nicely and was clean. Faux wood floor in the main room and a nice tile in the bathroom. Our room wasn't very large, by modern standards, but it suited us just fine, having a nice size closet with a built-in for our clothing. The bedding and bed were comfortable and provided us with some good sleep. It was quiet at night and all the guests were respectful of noise and mask usage in common areas. This property also provided complimentary breakfast. They provided a form for the guests to choose from a listing if items, that were then prepared and packaged in a picnic basket. Plates, cups, glasses, flat wear, all provided as well. We had a great stay. Thank you 7 Seas Inn!
One of the best hotel/lodging experiences I have ever had. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, it felt like I was staying at my friends house. The breakfast was also insanely well done it had everything you could possibly want after a day of hiking or skiing. Lastly, happy hour was a ton of fun we were able to meet some of the other guests at a safe distance and sit by the fire outside. 11/10 will definitely come back.
