Our room was great very clean and It appears to be newly redone the casino floor was not all that grand lot of machines were off for social distancing but how they went about it doesn't make complete sense some machines are on and close to one another while a bank of machines are off for no apparent reason also not many employees assigned to cleaning I saw 1. They also allow smoking if you a germophobe this is not going to be your safe place, the games also seemed to be a bit tighter then my prior visits
Nice casino & hotel. Our room was really nice. 3 stars because they failed to mention the $49 resort fee in addition to the $79 room rate we were only told about. ***Should've mentioned, we did not book online. We got our room the old-fashioned way, at the front desk.

Nice hotel. Very clean. One suggestion would be to add some extra lights in the room. Too dark. I mean, nice for mood lighting. People either get busy immediately upon entering the room or fall asleep soon there after :)
Internet connection speed is poor. They charge a hefty daily hotel fee. I would have expected better
Heated pool and gym are open
Recommend taking stairs if you're not too high up instead of elevator during the pandemic. Elevators are slow and always have people already in them anyway
Very nice stay overall
We got a “Luxury Nonsmoking King” Room in the new tower, I’m pretty sure it was Room 1604! The view was breathtaking of the Lake and the Snowcap Mountain Tops!! Very spacious! A separate Toilet room from the Shower was perfect! Not to mention Starbucks in the Lobby for morning coffees was convenient before heading out for the day! The location of Harvey’s was perfect- walking distance to everything!
