This place was nasty. Absolutely terrible. For $400 a night, I have seen WAY better. The bathroom was deteriorating, needing maintenance. The walls are scratched, and lots of paint-marks. The beds were dirty, the floor is cracked, the blinds are broken, the lamps don’t work. What does this place have that doesn’t work. Smelled like bleach as soon as we walked in. I would never come here again, for the high prices for such a run down room. Would not recommend

Room was in terrible condition, repairs clearly being done by owner or other, unqualified repair person. We asked for a room with a bathtub, but were told they were already given to others (parking lot was empty..... hmmm). My feeling was that the counter staff didn't want to be bothered by our request. Luckily, we didn't get a bathtub, because it likely would have been even more disgusting than the tiny shower/bathroom in our room. I totally get it if you're looking for a cheap room, any room, for a single night while skiing with friends. Especially if this place is cheap. Unfortunately, over holiday weekends, they increase the prices to over $400/night. That's simply greedy, and there's no way you could justify charging that much for a place like this. Robbery. I'm a landlord in SLT, and would be embarrassed to rent a room like this to anyone. The pictures they're using are completely different than what you're surprised with when you open the door (our front door even had a hard time closing properly!). This place needs SO MUCH repair work. You can't repair a room by putting more paint over the problems. Yuck. Avoid this place.
This is a great hotel for the money. I booked the deluxe 1 bedroom. It comes with a full kitchen. The people who complain about not having a stove booked the wrong room. If you book just a regular room, there is no stove. The bed is comfortable enough, the room is pretty clean, the jacuzzi was also clean and looked well taken care of. Overall, I would definitely book here again.
Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean , and kitchenettes are very well taken care of my favorite was the normal size refrigerator enough space to place all the food we want and of course very nice people and understanding if u have any issues . Will definitely recommend this place and stay here again
I had originally requested a room with a king size bed and jacuzzi at Secrets inn. But i called and they gave me a room at Heavenly Inn because I was bringing my dog. The guy I spoke to said he upgraded my room (from secrets inn to heavenly) and he had said I got a king size suite with jacuzzi and a kitchenette. All I can say is i did NOT like the room what so ever. We were located in the center of the parking lot (you can hear EVERYTHING from outside), we couldn’t use the jacuzzi because I saw there was a crack in it and didn’t want it leaking and be charged for damage. The fireplace didn’t even Blow out warm air, and the kitchenette?? PFFT we got a microwave and fridge under the TV. This was completely false advertised. For the price you’re spending here, you can save more than half and go to Motel 6 for the same quality.
