I just sent a message and I had a reservation to spend Christmas in this place and I have an emotional support dog. a puppy. I have all the documentation
from my doctor and at the place where I presented my documentation refused to host me, even those who do not accept animals, being an emotional support dog always accept! besides my dog is trained! the attendant was super thick with me on the phone! I want my rights!
Great experience here, no doubt about it. Right in the middle of this well known South Lake Tahoe city, walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. You honestly can't go wrong booking a spot here. Very affordable as well!
Excellent stay - perfect location, really well maintained rooms (just like what you see on the website) and grounds that are family friendly. Christina and Lee had outstanding service, during the booking, calling on the day of check-in to say the room was ready, and upon check-in with a friendly and warm greeting and tips about things to do. Perfect location with a short walk to the water and a 1.5 mile walk to the casinos, and plenty of restaurants and groceries within a few blocks. I travel quite a bit and this cozy and refreshed inn didn't disappoint. Well done Alder Inn!
The Alder Inn is awesome. Our room was comfortable and cozy!! There was lots of outdoor seating with fire pits. We had issues with our original room bc the cable tv wasn’t working. But the issue was quickly resolved by the hotel front desk clerk. She upgraded us to a room with a bigger bed. She was extremely nice and friendly. We def recommend this place and will be coming back for sure. It was perfect!!
The bath tub didn’t drain. Bathroom fan not working. The heater was loud. none of us could fall asleep until we decided to turn off the heater. Also during the day there was a lot of people outside our door. It’s noisy and not pleasant to open our door to people standing right in front, especially during the pandemic.
