Really enjoyed our stay! Staff was very friendly and they appear to be doing everything they can to keep it clean. After reading some other reviews, it appears that some people just aren't meant for travel yet; too critical. We made the best of the situation; enjoyed all that Tahoe had to offer. Barely spent any time in our room or focusing on the hotel. It was nice to come back to a warm jetted tub though. Will be back!
King spa & suite room was a great experience. Spend most of the day enjoying what Lake Tahoe has to offer so it was nice to come home to a 7ft bath tub jacuzzi and double stand up shower. Great prices too!
Rooms are nicely styled. Shower and tub were nice and big. Only a shared microwave in hall. The walls need some paint touch ups and the tub looked a little worn. Overall it was definitely worth the price, but it wasn't perfect. I'd probably stay there again.
Rooms were clean and check in was quick and painless. Coffee is served in lobby, nice. However, the walls are thin and you can hear tvs and voices in rooms next door. Loved the heart shaped jacuzzi tub and the open shower. Bubble bath would have been a nice touch. Bed was comfortable. If I do return I will book a suite. I was told upon checkout that the suites are in the corners of the hotel.
Truly enjoyed this place. Service by Mark was exceptional!
We had our own jacuzzi, we could use their living room to eat at, amenities were good.
