My family and I stayed at the lodge November 8-10 in the queen studio room. The room was nice and the space was utilized efficiently. The property is gated which is always good. Location is about a 5 min walk from everything and that includes walking with a toddler. Jennifer the owner was amazing and accommodated my every need and also, I'd like to give a shout out to John and Tony for helping me remove my snow chains!! These guys were great. :) I'd definitely stay again!
So this lodge has resort ($15) and cleaning fees ($60) that are not outlined on some 3rd party vendor websites. We were not aware of them at checkout time, and decided to cancel our reservation shortly after booking. The lodge manager was very understanding and processed our reservation cancellation without any fuss, which is rare these days. Rating 5-stars because I would return to this property in the future based on this service alone.
Rooms are small, kitchens a joke. Cleaner than 2* hotels around for sure, but not by much. You have to get your trash out by yourself, bc no cleaning crew during your stay.
I rate it 3* only because of the location, and the gate all around the property which makes it feel safer.
Fabulous in every way. Great beds, great space. Great location. Great fireplaces. Will be back!!!
Great experience! Gary is the best, my kids didn’t want to leave this hotel because of him! He was very attentive, always give us promptly everything we needed. Peaceful place. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Was really easy to extend our check-out time with no extra charge, thank you for it! Customer service definitely 5 stars!
