My fiance and I had a voucher to use that we got as an engagement present and we chose to use it at this hotel and couldn't have been more happy.
The views from the sea view room were so unbelievably amazing words cannot describe it, we just wanted to stay in the room and absorb every second of it! The whole hotel attention to detail was amazing to see and finally the service was great! They allowed us to keep our bags there when we checked out and enjoy their facilities like the Jacuzzi!

Everything is perfect! From the breakfast, to the staff, to the cocktails, the teas, the beautiful swimming pool that overlooks the Marina Grande, the private stairs to go into town, the comfortable beds, the incredible toiletries products, the decoration which is perfectly tuned with the vibe of Sorrento, the free parking... I could go on and on! A must in Sorrento, you will never be disappointed!
This place is a treasure. Decorated like a work of art itself with amazing views. Amazing food in the morning for breakfast. Nicest spread. Best views. Meticulously neat. Each room is curated. Best hotel I've stayed in to date. I'd Even go so far as to suggest this hotel itself is worthy as a vacation destination. That sounds crazy I know but it's true. I could dream of going on vacation and just staying here and exploring the city in spending most of my time I'm in this wonderful Hotel well with all of its unique nooks and crannies and and interesting staff. There are multiple balconies each with with unique views and amenities. The common social area has more books in some libraries as well as games music and and a lot of interesting things to do.
Perfect Hotel. Superior in all ways: location, views, lobby and terrace, breakfasts, wine and appetizers, friendly and helpful staff. Brava.
Without a doubt one of the best hotel/vacation experiences my wife and I have had. The hotel is stunningly beautiful and warm. The view from all of the rooms is breathtaking and quite frankly, we loved spending time enjoying the beauty of our rooms. The hotel decor is unique and cultivated in a way that leaves you understanding how much thought was put into the entirety of the experience here. All of that being said, the experience was made over the top enjoyable by the staff. They were welcoming, accommodating, friendly and willing to help in any way they could. We are very sad to leave but have every intention of coming back. I know I am just the latest 5 star review but this place earned every one of their reviews and I without reservation encourage you to stay here when you travel to Sorrento. So sad to leave...
