During a pandemic I am being refused my money for a stay I cannot attend too, not one bit of help or support from this place!
I wouldn’t ever recommend even to a dog to stay here!! If they can treat people like this during these difficult times. I can’t imagine how they treat people when you’re there!
DO NOT STAY OR BOOK THROUGH THEM OR BOOKING.COM... YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY IF YOU CANT ATTEND FOR NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN.
Very nice B&B, great view and lovely staff. Nice breakfast with lots of homemade cakes.
Bit outside of Sorrento but there is a flexible shuttleservice available which is free of charge.
If you like to be in a quiet place with nice surroundings, go there!
Not cheap but worth the price.
This was our first stop to an exciting week in southern Italy. Have to say I think it’s going to be tough topping this hotel!
We had such a lovely stay here, Renato and the staff were so kind. They helped us with whatever we needed and gave us tips about what to do in Sorrento and in the area.
The hotel is a little bit further from the center of Sorrento, but even for that they had a solution, a flexible shuttle service and took us whenever we needed to Sorrento and back. The breakfast was great!
If anyone is having trouble deciding please do not hesitate any longer.
