Entrance was overwhelmingly good, very kind. Booking a room last minute wasnt a problem, felt really welcome. Staff members have a great feeling for hospitality, though maybe a little feedback during Corona time (when you can't get your own breakfast); the kitchen staff didn't understand some of the things I wanted to ask/choose but that's negligible. Room was very clean with a nice sea view and enough space & mirrors. The shower could use a little touch up since it was damaged here and there.
The bar and lounge is beautiful! Loved the garden & cocktails. Pool was lovely with enough beds to lie down and relax.
Location of hotel is perfect if you'd like to have dinner and drinks in the centre (5min walk), stroll down the beach or walk up the hills.

I loved the entrance the tunnel is a quirky delight. The restaurant was great the food and service was brilliant. The staff in the hotel made you feel special which made you feel really comfortable. If anyone is looking for a hotel to base your holiday in sorrento from i would suggest this is the hotel you should choose.
Wonderful hotel with many amenities and incredible staff!! Location is within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping.
This should not be a four star hotel!! We paid over 325euros/night for a room that was so outdated and had a view of the rocks! Furniture was cheap (Ikea quality) with plastic chairs. It should not be a four star hotel for the price you pay for. We waited 3hours for our room to be ready when the hotel was not busy at all. They will charge you for "everything". We ended up leaving early and moved to another hotel.
Thoroughly enjoyed it here. The staff were wonderful, the food was very good and we had a great view over Sorrento to Vesuvius. Totally appreciate what they are doing with the recycling and zero waste approach, and that they grow much of the produce served in the hotel. It comes across that the owners care about providing a great service, as well as the impact the hotel has on its surroundings. If we're in Sorrento again (there's a good chance of that), I think we would actively seek this hotel out again. Many thanks.
