The rooms are clean and tidy and everything is new, the bathroom has colorful light and music which makes the bath very cool and they have the best breakfast. I recommend a lot
We stayed at a massive two-bedroom apartment with a nice outdoors area. The main problem was the bowling next-door, which makes it sound like there is a massive thunder storm outside until about 11 pm. We also had a power cut on the night we were supposed to be packing, but that was not the hotel's fault. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
Friendly staff, great size room which was cleaned each day. Mini bar is priced really well, €1 for a can of coke for instance. Its an easy 5-10 minute walk into Sorrento, and has free WiFi.
Staff spoke English, and made things very easy.
As others have mentioned there is the sound of people at a bowling alley above, but it’s nothing crazy, didn’t affect our ability to sleep.
I’d definitely stay again!
Stayed a month ago. Room massive. Actualy two rooms together joined. First impression was wow!!! Had friends staying in Sorrento but somhere else. Comparing with their price and quality, our was amazing deal. Just few concerns: jacuzzi bath didnt work and wasnt fixed during 5 day stay. Coffee terrible, i was not able to drink it at all. Had to buy all the time outside. Mini bar was very cheap, cheapest ever seen. Soft drinks 1£ beer 1.5£. Was massive price drop from stay at Ravelo.
Very noisy, not just from the bowling alley above your head!Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Floor in bathroom very slippery. Breakfast / reception area very cramped. Strange smell in the rooms. Receptionist rather abrupt. It would have been better to have got more of the basics sorted instead of adding jacuzzi baths to the rooms.
