Bad hotel. Room doesn't smell good. Horrible breakfast. The air conditioning smelled bad too. I had to pay the tourist tax and until today I expect receipt that they would send to my email and did not send. I do not recommend hosting.
Was due to travel there in August 2020, but due to Covid-19 and the airline cancelling my flight, i had to cancel the package holiday. However, the hotel refused to refund myself back the money. I explained that the airline cancelled the flight and that i have no way of coming to Sorrento and therefore staying at the hotel, they still refused and didn't provide me a refund or any form of compensation. I even agreed to go 50/50 on the money as I was too out of work but they refused this too. Terrible management and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The facade and lobby of the hotel appear to be a bit more updated, but the rest of the hotel, including the rooms, are not. The AC worked well, the room was pretty clean, but there's no sound proofing, and the shower pressure was pretty low. Important to note, there is no elevator/lift. Not a complaint, but can make access difficult for some. The price is reasonable compared to other hotels in Sorrento, though the location is not close to the town center. You have to drive or take a bus. Luckily, parking is available for 10 euro per day and the bus stop is steps away. Walking along the roads, however, is not for the faint of heart. Sidewalks are few and far between and the buses and cars come pretty close! FYI, it costs about 25 to 30 euros to take a taxi to and from the main port where ferries dock or to Marina Grande where some great eats are.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Further you get what you pay for, but location isn't the best, parts of the hotel have aged, rooms are ok but not really comfortable.
The friendliest staff ever and great entrance and breakfast areas. View was great too. Just note that econo room really means econo.
