Great location and very helpful staff! Rooms are exquisite, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast, despite covid restrictions, are generous and very good. Highly recommended and we'll come back.

The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff is super friendly and willing to help if you need it. The Spa area is modern. There are some extra costs for the parking slot and the breakfast...that's a little minus
This was the best boutique hotel I've ever stayed in! Every tiny detail is well thought and the interior design is one of a kind. I felt so peaceful and comfortable. The staff is so kind and it's possible to use the bikes of electric cars they have for free.
Last but not least I'm so glad I was allowed to have breakfast even though it was almost 20 mins after breakfast finished. Thanks for the real 5 stars experience ❤️
Great location in a leafy and quiet street. Few minutes from the sandy beach with fish restaurants and bars. Sopot pier and all local attractions of this upmarket resort, are about 1 km away.
Fabulous breakfast suits all tastes and dietary needs. We had our eggs, ham, sausages and great choice of salads, but there was a little group of vegetarians few tables away - judging from their conversation, they were as happy as vegetarians can be ;)
Hotel itself is very clean and relatively newly decorated. Slight inconvenience was a lack of lifts (we had a very heavy suitcase) - although it's worth mentioning here it doesn't change my 5-star rating. I am sure staff can take care of less able people by checking them in somewhere within the reception level; there is a little lift outside for people in a wheelchair as well.
On-street parking can be a little tricky, but there is a reasonably priced (20 PLN/day) parking just 100 metres away.
Reception, restaurant and house keeping staff were very helpful, kind and professional. They speak good English and I heard a member of staff speaking German.

Hotel Installations are good as is overall service. However hotel can be quite noisy with housekeeping services and guests banging on too many doors and walls along long corridors. Service in general also requires far more training: missing towels in room, no bathrobes, few waiters to work too many guests at dinner.... Important: Covid mask policy at breakfast is completely unenforced. 80% of guests not wearing it in spite of all hotel employees using them and making breakfast buffet safety completely useless.
This is a charming little hotel perfectly situated steps from the beach. The rooms were very clean and the wait staff and reception took necessary covid precautions. Our room was one of the smaller ones but just right, given that we were only in our room to sleep. The beach was extremely crowded and nobody was wearing a mask or distancing, which is the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating. It took 5 minutes for an Uber to fetch us to bring us to Gdansk old Town, probably a 20 min ride. Breakfast in the morning was lovely.
Nice and simple. Hotel seems very new inside: may be renovated maybe it’s just a new hotel. Very close to the beach, about 15 -20 mins walk from the Main Street. Receptionists are very polite, poor English though.

My family and I loved our stay at Hotel Testa. We stayed for 10 days in the summer and it felt like home! Staff is very friendly and professional and the restaurant has excellent food. We love how close it is to the beach and we love how the hotel has bikes to use! We will definitely be staying here again!
Great hotel in Sopot. Enjoy seaside without crowds, with great beach view. Quiet comfort in big city. Mega friendly staff, great rooms and superb food.
It's nice and clean. The staff are somewhat nice. We had an incident where the staff thought we were smoking inside the rooms because we had butts in a packet on the table. We just didn't wanna through the butts on the streets and she didn't ask us if we did. She just very menacingly told us we couldn't smoke in the rooms. That was uncomfortable but we told the staff the next day about what happened and she seemed shocked too so all in all very nice. The breakfast was good too. Very good coffee! If you don't want them to clean your room every day you can put a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Very nice area with the sound of the ocean at your window. Nice smoking area and of course the small shampoos and handicap smell lovely. Very nice stay and very nice place not far from the pier and the pier plaza.
For the price this is the best hotel I ever stayed at. Am currently at the hotel and had the write. The staff is young and energetic and super polite. I would come back because of that. The cleaning girls are young as well and nice. I don’t understand why someone would write a negative comment! If you super fancy and pay a fortune go next door to the Marriott! Thank you for everything :)
Excellent. A few minutes walk to the beach and the town centre. Clean rooms, quiet at night. Polite and helpful staff. Good and wholesome breakfast alternatives. Overall a very pleasant stay.
Great spot to visit Sopot! Definitely recommended, staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful, room spotless clean and just a stone throw from "Monciak" and Molo, additional plus for the secure parking on premises. Will definitely be back again!
