I keep a list of exceptionally good hotels I've stayed in, and this is one of them. Visited numerous times on business, and it is always great. Amazing view out to sea and the pier. Looking forward to bringing the family one day. Highly recommended
It’s one of the best hotel in Sopot. From the beach side, Sofitel(Grand hotel) looks better and bigger but when you stay at Sheraton, you recognize Sheraton is much better:D
I was once a regular customer of this hotel. Never again . The hotel and service do not know what it is to be a hotelier and what it is about. I will tell you that when it comes to holidays or to Tricity, you will never visit Sheraton, yet there is Hilton Radisson Novotel and other better hotels.
Nice lobby and breakfast, but smaller room than expected.
Some major attitude problem towardes guests, by the front desk.
My request to extend check out by one hour was denied, although the room was reserved and paid for by a major hotel customer.
I also had to wait for the Lady at the front desk long time before she thought it was time to talk to me.
The check out process was short rude and I just wanted to get the hell away from there.
Few minutes after me, there was a family checking out. The man had much less patience than I had. He simply started screaming at the Lady on the front desk.
No surprises...
The hotel can enjoy the pictures I made and published, but I dont think I am ever going back there.
Great hotel, private beach including Starbucks and private chefs.
