It may be a 5 star hotel but the attitude and service barely warrants 1 star.
Very nice hotel in the centre of Sopot. A brief stroll to the beach down the main street. It's also very close some of the best bars and restaurant in the area. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the property is well maintained. My only gripe is that the pillows and mattress were too soft and offered little in the way of support.

days here, just came back from the wonderful breakfast. The Hotel, the room, the location, everything is wow! Very clean, nice marble bathroom. Yes, it is loud but bring your Ohropax and you will love this place. I am very happy here, thank you!
Location and service very good but safe and TV weren’t working properly and so we kept having to ask for assistance. Dust behind bedside cabinets- not what I would expect in a 5 star hotel.
Helpful staff, nice decorations. Very good food in the restaurant
