The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff is super friendly and willing to help if you need it. The Spa area is modern. There are some extra costs for the parking slot and the breakfast...that's a little minus

A new hotel, so not destroyed yet, in a great location, a few hundred meters from the sea, a good wellness area with a brine water pool, two saunas, a graduation tower, a section for therapeutic and cosmetic treatments, a cryochamber, very good varied breakfasts and tasty dinners, served in the pandemic era a room, if something is needed, nice service both at the reception desk and the waitresses will always help, and most importantly, the facility operates during the closure of other hotels in the sanitary regime on the basis of treatment packages after prior examination with a physiotherapist and ordering treatments, I recommend this facility
Get over the reception at last! I can see everyone complaining mainly about this. Maybe some decent training for the crew? Or change the system? It really lowers the level of the hotel, because after a successful stay there is a distaste after an hour (!) Check-out. 1 person made reservations with advance payment for 4 rooms (1 room x 3 nights and 3 rooms x 5 nights). We were informed that this would not be a problem. When leaving, everyone wanted to pay for their room (minus the advance payment) and this turned out to be an impossible task. After several unsuccessful attempts, because time was chasing us, we decided to settle accounts among ourselves. In addition, despite providing the room number, some services were entered into the account of the booking person ...
Besides, service is a plus. Everyone in the spa area is very professional and nice, and they will make a joke if the situation allows. Waiters very helpful as well. Due to my diet, I asked about the ingredients in my meals every day. If they didn't know something, they would ask in the kitchen and suggest what the cook could prepare additionally. There were no signs of impatience or irritation. When we arrived at the very end of supper, we had some additional dishes, which were over, even though other dishes were available.

Hotel new and clean, but leaves much to be desired. The reception service was terrible .. in the evening I ordered an ironing board and an ironing iron for the next day at 8 am and unfortunately I did not receive it after 3 calls and 40 minutes of waiting the staff finally became interested in the topic ...
The cleaning of the room during the stay also leaves a lot to be desired .. overall the room is fine (except for the stain on the sheets), but the bathroom is practically not touched at all .. only the towels replaced, toilet paper put in and the floor roughly washed through the middle and nothing else ..
The restaurant deserves special praise. Nice service and delicious food! Every day we waited for what the kitchen would prepare this time! My husband who is a chef himself was delighted!
Overall, a place worthy of attention and recommendation! We will definitely come back, but we hope that the reception will change its attitude towards guests. Because the receptionist is for us, not us for him, and he should make our Guests feel special!
