Great location in a leafy and quiet street. Few minutes from the sandy beach with fish restaurants and bars. Sopot pier and all local attractions of this upmarket resort, are about 1 km away.
Fabulous breakfast suits all tastes and dietary needs. We had our eggs, ham, sausages and great choice of salads, but there was a little group of vegetarians few tables away - judging from their conversation, they were as happy as vegetarians can be ;)
Hotel itself is very clean and relatively newly decorated. Slight inconvenience was a lack of lifts (we had a very heavy suitcase) - although it's worth mentioning here it doesn't change my 5-star rating. I am sure staff can take care of less able people by checking them in somewhere within the reception level; there is a little lift outside for people in a wheelchair as well.
On-street parking can be a little tricky, but there is a reasonably priced (20 PLN/day) parking just 100 metres away.
Reception, restaurant and house keeping staff were very helpful, kind and professional. They speak good English and I heard a member of staff speaking German.

Awesome place to stay. Very very close to beech. Very friendly staff and also very beautiful rooms with all facilities . code to railway station and better place to stay when you are planning to visit all 3 cities around. Very well maintained and a beautiful place to stay for a night.
Very well located. New and fresh rooms. We enjoyed a lot our stay at Flaming.

Quite location but very close to center and beach. Clean hotel and nice staff.
The position of the object at the point. Very close to the beach. Reception staff helpful and unobtrusive. Tasty, filling breakfasts, currently delivered in selected sets directly to the room at the indicated time. Bed linen and towels in the rooms are fresh, while the room itself (109) needs refreshing and cleaning. Stains on tiles in the bathroom (after cosmetics? Cleaning products?) And hair swept from the floor and found on the mirror at least 50 cm long hair in a color completely different from my own - a bit weak. Unfortunately, the upholstery of the armchairs was also dirty. Drains in the washbasin and shower - to be unblocked. The 4-star rating - maybe a bit overstated - is for the stay itself and the satisfaction it brings. I am not one of those people who spend their holidays sitting in their rooms all day. However, from time to time it is worth taking a closer look at the damage or dirt resulting from the use of guests.
