The hotel was fine. The restaurant as well. The reason for the low rating was the service from the booking team and the lack of resolution. No one told us that in the SPA kids are not allowed when booking. The SPA was one of the reasons we selected this hotel.
Best new spot in the capital! Great modern twist on traditional italian cuisine!
There is a rooftop bar as well, with some of the best views that the city can offer. Take a seat near your own private fireplace with a tailor made cocktail and enjoy the night away!
Dear managers, please teach your staff to SERVE and care for the client! None of the waiters in the roof top bar was as polite as expected. They behaved as they were the owners of the place.
We got worse service than what you get in a mid-range restaurant.

Great hotel best of Sofia far away
Went for a drink in the skybar with a friend. I loved the service, drinks and atmosphere so 9/10 experience. Got to see the rooms as well and they're comfortable and spacious.
