We had the luck to celebrate our wedding in Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia on 05.09.2020. From the first contact we received great service, support and understanding. The hotel offers different spaces for big and small events. The building is brand new and with no doubts this is the best hotel in Sofia at the moment. All team members are really kind, friendly and professional. They deliver really excellent service. We look forward to visiting the hotel again!
The rooms are spacious and clean. The view is wonderful - you can see the whole city. The spa centre is nice, wth a lot of facilities. The breakfast was not at the level of 5star hotel. The staff is kind and polite. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the staff at hotel's restaurant Mediterra. The hostess was extremely rude, although we had a reservation she said the restaurant is closed even though it was full of people. We had to complain in order to have dinner. However the food was mediocre, only the price was at 5 star level.
Just stayed for less than 12 hours as flight was delayed but wow what an amazing hotel. Very well kept, super friendly staff, rooms were very spacious and clean and had a great upscale feel. The breakfast was delicious . I honestly wish I could have stayed longer to get the most out of this hotel. Highly recommend.
Outstanding Hotel! Staff and services are premium. Food was great. Single King bed room is quite spacious, amazing bathrooms, and everything appears to be new! The lights for the room were a bit trick, so just be sure to use your room key in the card slot to activate the lights. Thank you Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia for the hospitality!
We picked Grand Hotel Millennium for out wedding day! I had my eye on the hotel ever since January and I knew it was going to be worth the wait. We were the first couple to celebrate their wedding at Vienna Restaurant and it was magical. From the interior design, the service and the food, to the organizing team, the apartment on the 25th floor and the absolutely perfect spots for taking pictures - there is no other place like this in Sofia. We definitely recommend Grand Hotel Millennium if you are planning such an event!
