Very bad experience!! Stay away from this hotel
Rooms are spacious however location is terrible, staff is awful and they charge you extra for every little thing without telling you this in advance.
Bed Cushions are terrible!!! My neck is hurting from them. No coffee / tea pot in the kitchen, not enough cuttlebones or any other kitchen supply for that matter. Just bad!!
The manager doesn’t speak English and even if she would, it didn’t seem that the things we complained about meant anything to her.
We are a frequent traveler and had never write a bad review before but this one really deserves a bad review so we’re taking the timing to save others.
Apartment was beautiful and very spacious. Great views. You get free use of the Spa which was also great. They left a complimentary bottle of wine for us, which we appreciated, but did not leave a bottle opener. I called front desk to ask for one and they said i have to call the restaurant across the hotel to ask them to send someone to the apartment to open the bottle. That is just too much. I used a fork and pushed the cork into the bottle with some effort. If you leave a gift like a bottle of wine for your guests, please make sure they have a way to open it and enjoy it and not have to spend 1 hour trying to track down someone with a cork screw. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The building is beautiful and we loved the decor in the apartment.
Very nice and peaceful hotel
The best place to stay in Sofia. Everything is so well organized. The best fitness and SPA center is under your nose. Splendid restaurant. No place like it!!!
