Well appointed hotel with good size rooms. The decor is fresh and the public areas well maintained. Close to the city centre. The food is excellent.
Wonderful hotel. Overnight stay. Gnocci in the Italian restaurant was great. Loved the preserved roman ruins near the spa and on the first floor. Good location, central to downtown.
Nice hotel and very professional and friendly service. The breakfast is huge and the bed is very comfortable. The only thing I didn't really like it was the old furnishment in the room, bit of course it's an old hotel.
Awful experience. Bed is terrible hard. Air conditioning did not work, so it was hot to sleep, and you can not open window because there is a lot of noise. It was dirty: someone cut nails before me, and it was on the floor near bed. The blanket was very hot. The shower was overflowing, and temperature not stable. My requests to provide a mattress topper and a summer blanket were denied.
Hotel location is not very convenient. It's not bad, but there are hotels located much better as for instance Intercontinental or Grande.
Overall a hotel that is rather 3* minus level.
Very good location but room will need refreshment soon... staff very friendly and supportive.
