We arrived last night at 8pm and there was no one to open the door for us, not having a card, it was impossible to enter the hotel. fortunately a client came out and we were able to return. We tried to call the hotel 4 times without anyone answering us then we waited 20 minutes here and in the end we saw that there was an envelope placed on a table with our name on it to enter the room . this morning breakfast was scheduled for 8:00 am, it is now 8:40 am and there is still no employee in the hotel, let alone breakfast. moreover on Booking, it was noted that there was a parking lot whereas there is absolutely none,only in the street and it is impossible to pay for the parking if you do not have a Bulgarian number the sms do not pass.
it's the first time in my life that I arrive in a closed hotel and that no one answers the phone, a shame
Wouahhh what a surprise when we come in...very nice design and and comfortable...I book the second night directly I recommend

Amazing place! I was not expected something like that at all. Very high standard of service. Very nice and friendly stuff, wonderful interior, very cozy and clean rooms. For sure will come back here again and again.
