Nice hotel, close to the train station.
Location: the neighborhood could be scary, but it’s typical for all big cities and train/bus stations. Yes, for the view maybe it is not the best hotel.
Rooms: the room was ok, clean and spacious. If you are going to pay attention to some of the details, than I would say that the worker could have done better job. So it is important to keep the hotel in good conditions. The bed is clean, big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. There is a desk in case you need to work, minibar was full.
Personal: Check-in and check out procedures were just regular. I arrived late after midnight, the door was closed but the nights auditor was available so I didn’t have to wait or call. Check-in was quick.
I would recommend to maintain a smoking area for your employees away from the entrance door to make sure that your guests do not see employees smoking. And maybe a uniform is a good idea for a 4* hotel.
I think I will be back again to your property.
A very special boutique hotel Clean rooms, pleasant staff. Good breakfast. The dining room is open all day and night so you can make a drink or devour a cookie I would definitely come back here again and again

Very nice hotel, welcoming staff, quiet at night and sorry but NO, Banishora is not a "scary" neighborhood, it's Sofia here, not Bogota... boje moi - 15 minutes walk from the epicenter of the town (bul Vitosha / NDK) also there is a free parking under the building
Great room, wonderful window across the entire front of the room. So watching the stars outside your bed. And great breakfast too!
