Very kind, polite and attentive people work there, who are always ready to help you with any problems. Hotel is very clean, new and has big rooms with new furniture and a beautiful balcony. All of the hotel has its own modern style what creates cosy atmosphere. The location is directly in the old Turkish pazar so it is close to all of the museums and tourist attractions.
If you're looking for an authentic experience of both day and night feeling of the old bazaar, then the rooftop of Hotel Arka set the standards way high! The view is amazing, especially the sunset when having cocktail in the swimming pool, or sipping Turkish coffee on the terrace. Rooms are clean at all time and the staff was very polite. A definite comeback for a city break in Skopje!
I'd definitely recommend staying at Mickitos hostel. The location is great, comfy and well-heated dorm, pleasant, terrasse, kitchen and bathroom clean but most of all, the service is perfect thanks to Micki and his brother. I never stayed a whole week at the same hostel before but I did in this one because it just felt like being home.

We landed into Skopje very late, past midnight, and got problems finding our reserved hotel and contacting them, so we got into Hotel Hamburg last minute as we saw it passing by.
The boy at reception for the night shift 18-19 February was really nice, polite and welcoming. They even offered a discount on the usual price (its probably not the cheapest in the area but still very competitive) as we we were checking in late and gave us a place to park our car. I absolutely loved the capsules style beds, the only thing that this hostel hasn't got a kitchen to prepare your food like other hostels..i loved it's location and helpful staff.. it very clean too and comfortable
Room was nice. Staff was pleasant as welcoming. Breakfast was really good given the fact they don't seem to have an actual kitchen.. but it had varieties. Overall 4 stars. Would have given 5 stars but the air in the jets of the bathtub smelled moldy. Probably because it hasn't been used in a while. So we had to run it then empty it then refill it. Overall would recommend everyone that plans on visiting Skopje to check this place out. Super close to center as well plus they offer free parking for their guests. Internet was stabile across the hotel in the room and in the lobby as well
Exceptional hotel and exceptional breakfast. The hotel is actually a boat in the river in the best location of Skopje. Service is attentive and willing to help with any question (both at the reception and at the bar). Restaurant is exquisite. Great night sleep with the noise of flowing water meters away of our window.
Outstanding value for money (we paid a night rate of around 40€ with river view).
It's a good boutique hotel in a great location with a pleasant staff. The downside probably is the gym, which is quite small and unfortunately has only the very basic equipment.
Considering the standards for. A 3 stars hotel it is pretty high. Very well located. The rooms are spacious comparing to many of same price. Very clean and well mantened. The breakfast is confusing as you order one menu ready from
The restaurant instead a buffet service, but as is till 11:30am it is still very advantageous.
Strongly recommended. The best accommodation option in Skopje. Perfect conditions, artistic rooms like museum. Art is everywhere. Internet connections too fast and room cleaning awesome. Hotel is in the heart of the city Skopje. Staffs are excellent. Art pulsing on every detail. Fresh and beautiful everything. I’m saying again, strongly recommended.
Fantastic hotel. All of the staff are very polite and helpful. Extremely clean and well maintained, and comes with a free breakfast which is actually very good. They are avaible 24/7 which is great and happy to make suggestions. The hotel is 5-10 minute walking distance to the main city center and 15 minutes to shopping. Overall, a really great location. I’m not sure how to spell his name but (I believe the hotel manager) working on 29/11/20 in the morning, Zoroh, was specially excellent and very helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!
