The hotel is great. We stayed in a room which had two parts to it. One was the sleeping room with two beds and the other was a little living room with couch and TV. The bathroom was clean and the rooms had a modern style with new equipment. The only thing that we had trouble with is turning the TV on. The service was great. They helped us with all of our problems. The food was amazing. We only had breakfast but there was many kinds of food such as cereal, eggs, soup,...etc.
I stayed at the hotel only for 3,5 hours with a Turkish touristic tour. The location seems good. The rooms and hotel is new (which is very rare for Balkans). It has a modern style with new equipment. The beds were comfy, A/C, bathroom were really good. There wasn't a wardrobe or any closed furniture :) and I couldn't make work the TV's voice. The hotel also has a SPA part but I couldn't experience. The hotel has a strange labyrinth plan and the elevators didn't work properly.
