OK first impressions WOWWW!!!spectacular view overlook of Skopje. Quality of design and architecture absolutely stunning. Urban,colorful and modern look.
Food menu amazing,presentation outstanding with lots of flavors. Excellent Wine and spirits variety truly western and European. ( Even though the wine list was printed on A4 white papers which doesn't look good at all I mean at all for this fancy restaurant-bar).
Desserts delightful,fresh and unique.
Is new palce in town with luxurious touch.
Service it was friendly however is missing a profesional staff unfortunately. Lack of manager skills,organization,waiter has to be called all the time less focusing on guest.
Overall it was great experience but let not forget no matter how much you invest in places like this the most important is to invest in professional employees which is something that is hardest to found.

Very friendly staff, always smiled, ready to help and greet you every time! Awesome location with city and mountain view. Room was big enough and very clean. Restaurant is awesome and food is delicious. Every thing in the hotel, from entrance, trough hallways to room is carefully chosen. Really, really awesome place! 10 stars!
