Nice and modern hotel some 10 minutes by foot from the city center. Rooms are spacious and clean. Stuff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast included in the price and you can enjoy beautiful view from the restaurant terrace. Parking also in the price.
High class hotel, kind and honest personal, best view on the town, very intimate and pleasant place, and finally once you go there you'll keep coming back.
Fantastic hotel. All of the staff are very polite and helpful. Extremely clean and well maintained, and comes with a free breakfast which is actually very good. They are avaible 24/7 which is great and happy to make suggestions. The hotel is 5-10 minute walking distance to the main city center and 15 minutes to shopping. Overall, a really great location. I’m not sure how to spell his name but (I believe the hotel manager) working on 29/11/20 in the morning, Zoroh, was specially excellent and very helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!
The hotel is great. We stayed in a room which had two parts to it. One was the sleeping room with two beds and the other was a little living room with couch and TV. The bathroom was clean and the rooms had a modern style with new equipment. The only thing that we had trouble with is turning the TV on. The service was great. They helped us with all of our problems. The food was amazing. We only had breakfast but there was many kinds of food such as cereal, eggs, soup,...etc.
Strongly recommended. The best accommodation option in Skopje. Perfect conditions, artistic rooms like museum. Art is everywhere. Internet connections too fast and room cleaning awesome. Hotel is in the heart of the city Skopje. Staffs are excellent. Art pulsing on every detail. Fresh and beautiful everything. I’m saying again, strongly recommended.
Love this hotel. Great location, awesome pool, super peaceful, and staff is very friendly to Americans. The staff was beyond accommodating. Making sure we didn't pay too much for taxis and etc. Telling us the best places to see. In addition we felt very safe, and let me tell you. The Air condition in this hotel is incredible. Almost all tv channels are in English and tv was good size. I will return!!! Thanks!
Great reception service and very clean and cosy rooms.
We landed into Skopje very late, past midnight, and got problems finding our reserved hotel and contacting them, so we got into Hotel Hamburg last minute as we saw it passing by.
The boy at reception for the night shift 18-19 February was really nice, polite and welcoming. They even offered a discount on the usual price (its probably not the cheapest in the area but still very competitive) as we we were checking in late and gave us a place to park our car. Thanks again Hotel Hamburg ☺
Very kind, polite and attentive people work there, who are always ready to help you with any problems. Hotel is very clean, new and has big rooms with new furniture and a beautiful balcony. All of the hotel has its own modern style what creates cosy atmosphere. The location is directly in the old Turkish pazar so it is close to all of the museums and tourist attractions.
I’ll never forget how incredibly helpful, and warming the staff was. I came from the USA and they made sure I was comfortable and taken care of with anything at all. It was such a great stay that I’m writing a review, I never write reviews but this place deserves it. Their service truly touched my heart. The room was immaculate and had everything I needed. Very affordable and very close to the city center. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I’m blown away. Macedonia and the Macedonian people are AMAZING I will be back one day
