Nice place Shame more care not taken when cleaning. Balloon left in wardrobe. Maintenance needed in room. Wardrobe food hinge broken. Ceiling in bedroom and bathroom water damaged and paint peeling and falling off
The receptionist Isabel was very friendly. Nice room and we loved the swimming pool.
I planned to stay at this highly recommended hotel however due to my extreme personal circumstances I cannot go. I cancelled the booking 2months in advance. Due to their policy, I didn’t get my refund. I am a bit disappointed. Please book with caution, no refund. With the below reply, makes me even angry. I cancel the booking and let you (owner) to lease it out for a full rates. It is during carnival season. It is so easy to lease out and with a higher rate. Now I am more disappointed with the service and the ridiculous policy!
Beautiful place, friendly recepcionist. The suite that we booked was even bigger than in the pictures. We had 3 terrace, one with awesome view to the see and the swimming pool in the garden of the property. My only problem is the heater was a bit too loud for the night. Anyway, the room was clean, the bathtub was huge and the bed was really comfortable! We loved it! Thank you!!
Amazing views of the beach, location is ideal local shops and restaurants all around only thing is cleaning could be better as we got ants in the room. Night time is very loud but a great area to walk around very safe for two female travellers.
