The Hotel is just in the very middle of the "action" for those thinking at Sitges as a place to have fun. As the area gets crowded after midnight until 3am, you have to be prepared to accept a bit of noise while you can still benefit from a good air condition so you can definitely cut off most of the noise by closing the windows. The hotel has a small gym that could be more interesting and useful with less cardio and a barbell with dumbells. It is an easy fix that can make the place excellent also for the muscle-type visitors who may want to stay pumped to be great on the beaches. The check-in guys are really professional and the cleaning crew is one of the BEST I have experienced, far better that many 5star hotels.
Booked online through their own site. Per their website I would receive a free bottle of cava, a free breakfast each morning. Upon check in I was told since it was off season, there is no breakfast (even though they own the restaurant next door). I also never received the cava. My shower did not work initially, but they managed to fix it. After a night out, my room key would not let me into the hotel. After about 30 mins of ringing the bell and knocking I went across the street to a bar for help, he tried calling the emergency number provided but nobody answered. Finally, another guest managed to let me in the building. Definitely better places in town I'd stay at before here.
Excellent. Clean, comfortable, great shower, amazing staff and prime location. Recommend shower shelves.
