Really rude and rude. They do not answer the only number available, only sometimes, they do not warn that the bb is not reachable if not on foot with all the luggage and then up the stairs without a lift, they respond with arrogance to every request ... For goodness sake, the reviews so cute they must be written by themselves ... Never again!
EXCELLENT LOCATION IN THE CENTER OF THIS BEAUTIFUL ISOLETTA ORTIGIA. THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF CLEANING VERY KIND AND ALWAYS SMILING.
Excellent position. Nice room. We had had a problem with the water .. (no hot water arrived) but the owner solved it (although I had communicated it to him in the late evening).
Crazy kindness!
The only flaw .. we had to keep the air conditioner on to heat the room. (in fact it's too cold outside)
Clean and quiet room.
After an initial panic .. for the cold and the water .. I can say that I am satisfied.
To thank the kindness of the owner. It is not for everyone. Thank god!
