My husband and I went for vacation in Italy,we couldn’t as for a better place to stay .right in a center of shops , restaurants minutes to walk to the center.the house was spotless , couldn’t ask for a better place to be and stay.we loved it .bed very comfortable, we loved the view from the balcony everything was excellent and very beautiful we will be back again .overall excellent
It was a wonderful 7 days! Location of the apartment very good, Carmelo (the owner) always available. Clean and well maintained apartment. Highly recommended! My boyfriend and I will not hesitate to go back if we go through Ortigia again !!
I was in this property in August, I can do nothing but recommend it highly, cleanliness top, comfortable with everything available like at home.
Very central position that allows you to arrive in a few minutes in all the most beautiful places in Ortigia but above all owned by a fantastic person, very kind and helpful, Mr. Vincenzo who really makes you feel at home.

My husband and I stayed at the "Spirduta di Levante" over the weekend from 26 to 28 June 2020. It is a holiday home that I highly recommend .... new, clean, spacious room and large and functional bathroom. The location is perfect, in the center of Ortigia. Another important aspect is the friendliness and kindness of Carmelo who made himself available from the beginning to the end of the stay. So if you go to Syracuse choose undoubtedly the holiday home "Spirduta di Levante".
